Halo Water Proofing is a NY-licensed Basement Waterproofing company that treats every Kendall job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Kendall technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Kendall homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Kendall crews hear about most.
Odor is often the very first clue Kendall homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
A wall that's starting to bow is a structural issue on top of a water issue — this jumps to the front of our Kendall schedule.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Kendall homeowners connect to a basement problem.
Whatever's going on with your Kendall property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
A flooded Kendall basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews get it out and start drying the space the same visit.

A real technician asks the right questions to understand what's likely happening at your Kendall property before anyone drives out.
We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
The number you approve is the number you're billed — no change orders once the crew shows up.
You get documentation of the work plus a real warranty — not just a handshake.
We've heard every Kendall horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up — the written estimate is final.
Our crews stage locally near Kendall, which is why most emergency calls get a technician on-site in under two hours.
Our major repairs come with written, transferable warranties — useful if you sell the Kendall property later.
Our technicians are trained to diagnose accurately, not to upsell — that changes the advice you actually get.
We can supply the documentation most carriers ask for before approving a Kendall claim.
Every Kendall job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"Expected a huge bill for three cracks, only one actually needed injection. Appreciated the honesty."
"First contractor who actually explained where the water was coming from instead of just quoting a number."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
We back our Kendall work with real, transferable warranties because we plan to be here long after the job is done, not just for the one visit.
